Earl E. White Jr.'s Obituary
Earl E. White, Jr., 87, of Liverpool, passed away Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Redwood, NY, the son of the late Earl E. and Virginia (Priest) White, Sr. Earl was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Army Air Force from 1943 to 1945. He was a graduate of LaFargeville High School and attended Syracuse University. Earl married the love of his life, Irene in 1948. He worked at General Electric for 35 years, retiring in 1983. Together, Earl and Irene owned and operated "The Thousand Island Adult Home" for 15 years.
He was predeceased by his son, Thomas White; his daughter, Virginia Mary White; brother, Theodore White and sister, Carol (Young) Murray. Earl is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Irene (Dingman) White; his children, Christina (Thomas) LoTempio, Gary (Cynthia) White, Kathryn (Thomas) Yuckel, Timothy (Rita) White and Jennifer (Robert) Martino; 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Ruth White; a brother, Leroy (Margaret) White; sister-in-law, Louise White and brother-in-law, David Murray.
Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Monday, May 27, 2013 from 10:00 to 11:00 am with a funeral service immediately following.
