Elaine M. (Bianchi) Frateschi's Obituary
Elaine M. (Bianchi) Frateschi, 95, formerly of Lyncourt, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 12, 2022. She was born in Solvay, NY, daughter of the late Domenico and Costanza (DiMascio) Bianchi. Elaine worked several dedicated years at NY Telephone Company. She was a woman of great faith and gratitude. Elaine enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, but most of all, loved spending time with friends and family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is also predeceased by her husband, John G. in 1980; her son Gerald; siblings, Erminia, Antonietta, Mary, Patsy, Laura, Eugene and Martha.
Elaine is survived by her sons, John D. (Julie) Frateschi and Robert (Lisa) Frateschi; 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; her daughter-in-law, Beverly Frateschi; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 10 am – 12 pm, immediately followed by a funeral service in celebration of Elaine’s life at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Woodlawn Cemetery.
