My condolences to the Caltabiano family. We were neighbors in Cortland. We lived 3 houses down on Groton Ave. My sisters and I would often babysit the boys. Mrs. Caltabiano was a beloved teacher at Cortland High School. She was small but mighty! I loved her spirit. I hope you boys are all doing well. RIP, Ellie.

Chris, Matt, and Jeff: A medical issue keeps me from expressing my condolences in person (as I would certainly prefer) Your mom was a wonderful teacher and colleague. She had that truly unique combination of spunk and empathy that allowed her to connect so nicely with students. We caught up at last year’s retirees luncheon…she was so proud of each of you!
