My dearest Jean and family. I am so sorry for your loss and the loss for many that knew her. I had the pleasure of knowing her for many years as well as working with her for a few. Cousin Jean, Aunt Emma. I have so many wonderful memories of being at your house. My Grandmother(Mary Bada) and I always walked to visit you and Aunt Lenna and sometimes Aunt Ida would come along. There was always lots of cooking, laughing and love. You will be greatly missed by so many. I look forward to seeing all the Como girls in heaven someday. Dear Aunt Emma, I don't know where to start. You were an amazing, loving, beautiful woman. You were my godmother, a very special bond. You took care of me when I was young and my mother was in the hospital. So many wonderful warm memories. Of course, your cookies, pasta and Easter bread are legendary. It wasn't Easter without your Easter bread. I will never forget your laugh and your smile, especially your mischievous smile. You were such fun to be around, so young at heart. I especially enjoyed reminiscing about things with you the last few years. And Yona and Anthony Jr. really enjoyed visiting you with me. We love you and will really miss you. Dear Aunt Emma, You were a wonderful aunt. I remember feeling special because my aunt worked at OLoP. I recall, one day when I was in kindergarten, I was supposed to bring a potato to school to make a turkey. I didn’t have one; my aunt gave me one. At lunch, you always gave my sister Franny and I extra cookies and snuck away the food we didn’t like. Visiting you and uncle Stanley was always fun. You would whip up a dessert in minutes. You taught me how to make the best Easter bread. You also taught me how to make homemade noodles and raviolis using the rolling pin grandpa (Papa) made. I will miss you dearly.
