My condolences to all of you. I knew Eric from junior high school days. Even then he was known for his welcoming smile and kindness to all he interacted with. I had the chance to see Barbara and Eric at the Fayetteville-Manlius reunion in 2018 and to meet their lovely daughter Katherine.
I’m so sad that we didn’t have more time to re-connect. I know I speak for all my classmates when I say he will be terribly missed and never forgotten.

I am terribly sorry to learn about the passing of my good friend and business colleague. Eric and I knew each other for over 20 years. We always had a wonderful personal and business relationship. My last memory of Eric is when I had lunch with him in Atlanta a couple of years ago. He was in his usual high spirits and he talked about sailing in the Gulf and spending time with kids. May God rest his soul. Eric will be missed.

I would like to express my sincerest condolences for your loss. Eric was a truly wonderful person. I first met Eric when we both started about the same time at RIT. He was one of the few students that I met who entered graduate school was fully focused on his life's goal. He succeeded and was an example I would hold up to the many students that followed him over the next decades. He did not forget us at RIT and kept in touch as his career advanced. He was an example for me in many ways. He will be missed by many and leaves us all with heavy hearts.

Doris and all, Morgan and I are so very sorry for your loss. Eric’s was a life surely well lived . . . His lovely grin reminds us so much of his dad, Jim. Lots of happy memories there. Distance and age prevent us from attending Eric’s service but we will be thinking of you that day and pray that you will be surrounded by the love of your Syracuse friends.
