Evelyn D. (McGraw) Taylor's Obituary
Evelyn D. (McGraw) Taylor, 84, of Chittenango, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016 at The Grand at Chittenango. She was born in Norwich, NY, daughter of the late Claude and Anna (Bosworth) Westover. Evelyn retired from St. Joseph’s Hospital as a Radiologist Technician after 20 years of service. She loved baking pies, playing cards, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Evelyn was a very giving and unselfish woman, and will be truly missed.
She was predeceased by several siblings.
Evelyn is survived by her five children, Theresa (Al) Taylor, Pam (Ron) Gianni, Tom (Cheryl) McGraw, Steve (Debbie) McGraw, and Chris (Donna) McGraw; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her sister, Joyce Pollock of Norwich, along with many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service in celebration of Evelyn’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
