Frances (Lazzaro) Cashier's Obituary
Frances L. (Lazzaro) Cashier, 96, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born in Syracuse to the late John and Rose (Giarratano) Lazzaro and retired from Bristol Laboratories in 1984 after 29 years of service. Frances also loved cooking, baking and crocheting.
Besides her parents, Frances is also pre-deceased by her husband, Julio and several siblings.
Frances is survived by her two daughters, Paulette (John) Fortino, of Syracuse, and Marilyn (John) Lisowski, of Cicero; 7 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph (Josephine) Lazzaro, of Syracuse; sisters, Marguerite Dichiera and Lucille (Ron) Gatto, both of Frankfort, NY; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Funeral Service in celebration of Frances’ life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the THOMAS J PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Mausoleum. Family and friends may call from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
