Frances P. (Picciotto) Stiles' Obituary
Frances P. (Picciotto) Stiles, 93, of Syracuse, NY, passed away Sunday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Grace and Joseph Picciotto, Sr. Frances worked at Syracuse China for 40 years. She was a longtime communicant of St. Daniel’s Church. Frances loved spending time with her family and looked forward to family gatherings.
Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by her grandson, Sean Teeter; four siblings, Jennie Picciotto, Pauline (Daniel) Cappa, Sarah (Frederick) Stewart and Patrick (Edna) Picciotto.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Marcella Teeter, three grandchildren, Derek Teeter (Jae), Christopher Teeter and Amy (Jeffrey) Terragnoli; five great-grandchildren, Erin, Emma, Gianna, Frankie and Alexa; two brothers, Joseph (Betti) Picciotto and Anthony (Joyce) Picciotto; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 18, 2018 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Frances’ life at 12:10 pm in St. Daniel’s Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
