Francesca Spuches' Obituary
Francesca (Tornabene) Spuches, 59, of Liverpool, passed away on Thursday at Upstate University Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Linguaglossa Sicily, Italy and moved to the Syracuse area in 1968. Francesca was formerly employed with Syracuse China. She enjoyed cooking, baking, making puzzles and reading the Bible. Francesca loved life, always putting her family first. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Salvatore Spuches; daughter, Anne Marie Spuches of North Carolina; brother, Salvatore Tornabene of Syracuse; niece, Andrea Tornabene and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 8:00 AM in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY and 9:00 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 1 to 4 PM.
