Francis R. Fusco's Obituary
Francis R. Fusco, 94, passed away on Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born in Syracuse, graduated from Syracuse University, was a WWII Army Veteran and was a partner in Antelmi, Fusco and Cazzola Insurance Agency in Liverpool, NY. Francis was a communicant of Our Lady Of Pompei Church, a charter member of Ushers Guild, a member of Holy Name Society, as well as a member of various business and professional organizations. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Lucretia (Gillette) Fusco in 2008 and his brother, John Fusco. Francis is survived by his daughter, Diane Fusco of Eagan, MN; son, Robert (Anne) Fusco of West Monroe, NY; granddaughter, Diana Frankie Fusco, brother, Michael Fusco and 2 sisters, Margaret Hathaway and Jilda Fusco, along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse and 10:00 am in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Mausoleum, Dewitt. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Contributions may be made to Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church Building Fund, 301 Ash Street, Syracuse, NY 13208.
