Frank P. DeLorenzo's Obituary
Frank P. DeLorenzo, 56, of Bridgeport, passed away on Monday at home with his wife and children by his side. He was born on December 9, 1955 in Syracuse, NY.
Frank was most recently employed as the Director of Facilities at Manlius Pebble Hill School. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, but his love of harness racing was unsurpassed. Frank could be seen (and heard) every Friday and Saturday night enjoying the races at Vernon Downs Racetrack while sitting at his specially reserved table.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Carmella DeLorenzo.
Surviving are his wife, Leslie (Clintsman) DeLorenzo; his children, Torri Rolfe and her fiancé, Brian Malone of Nyack; Kathie (Michael) Eisinger of Buffalo; Thomas (Brandy) Rolfe of Albans, WV and Michelle (Eric) Pollock of Parish; three grandchildren, Lilly Eisinger, Gabriel and Gaelyn Pollock; his sisters, Irene DeLorenzo, Josie (John) Militi, Lisa (Scott) Sylvester; his brother, Tony (Debbie) DeLorenzo; several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins as well as his two beloved dogs, Cooper and Bailey.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, 8:00 am at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 9:00 am at St. John the Baptist Church, where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
