I was so sad to hear of Frank’s passing. He was my parents’ accountant for many years. I took over for my mom after my dad died and Frank became my friend as well as our accountant. As the years went by and my mom failed and eventually passed away, he was a major support to me as he took on the role of executor of her will. Rest In peace dear man. You will be missed by many.

I worked at Testone, Marshall & Discenza in the early nineties. Of all of the places that I have worked in my career TM&D is one of my favorites and that is due to the atmosphere that Frank helped create there. He had a great sense of humor that made working with and learning from him a pleasure. My favorite memory was when we had a CPE session regarding accepting gifts from clients. I went into his office after the session and told him that I had indeed accepted a gift from a client. He calmly asked what I had accepted and from whom. I told him that I accepted some Halloween socks from Mrs. Speach at Syracuse Plumbing. He, without changing his expression or tone, told me that this was very serious and I had to give him the socks and he would keep them in my file and he would let me know when it was appropriate it wear them.

I know we lost touch thru the years but I was always honored to hear your name mentioned and say that you are my cousin.
