Frank R. Fudesco's Obituary
Frank R. Fudesco, 92, of Fayetteville, passed away Tuesday at home surrounded by his loving family. He was an Army Air Corp Veteran of World War II where he served as a Medic. Frank was co-owner of Cottet’s Welding Supply, an experienced businessman and a Master Welder. He was a member of Lakeshore Yacht & Country Club, Calvary Club and Atlantis Golf Club in Florida. Frank held the title of “Club Champion” at both Lakeshore Yacht & Country Club and the Calvary Club.
He was predeceased by his parents, Dominick and Mary Fudesco, his son, John C. Fudesco, his first wife, Clyola Fudesco and seven brothers and sisters, Samuel, Joseph, Frances, Anthony, James, Lena and his twin sister Mary. She and Frank were the youngest.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Annette Fudesco; his son, Frank D. and his wife Linnea Fudesco of New Orleans; three grandchildren, Frank Michael Fudesco and his wife Ronda, Mia Fudesco and Dominick Fudesco; his great-granddaughter, Alessia Fudesco; his extended family, Vicki and Gary Rothman, Cindy and Brian Kearns, Nicole, Joshua and Daniel Rothman, Danielle and Benjamin Kearns, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Funeral Mass in celebration of Frank’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Holy Cross Church, Dewitt. Entombment will follow in Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Friday, June 12, 2015 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
