Frank A. Magari's Obituary
Frank A. Magari, 77, of Syracuse, passed away October 7, 2024 at Loretto Nursing Home. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Samuel and Antoinette (Cretaro) Magari, Sr. and lived in Minoa for 40 years. Frank grew up on the family farm and worked at Farmers and Traders Life Insurance Company as a computer operator, retiring after many years of dedicated service. He enjoyed model railroading and gardening.
Frank is survived by his siblings, Samuel A. (Mercedes) Magari, Jr. of Clayton, NC, Robert J. Magari of Syracuse and Joann Magari of Agawam, MA; along with many cousins.
Calling hours for family and friends will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024 from 9:00 – 10:45 am at St. Matthew’s Church, 229 W. Yates St., East Syracuse, NY, followed by a funeral Mass in celebration of Frank’s life at 11:00 am at the church. He will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse.
