Frederick M. "Rick" Staiano, Jr.'s Obituary
Frederick M. "Rick" Staiano, Jr., 56, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2013 at home after a long courageous battle with cancer with his loving family by his side.
Rick was a long time resident of Liverpool. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the outdoors and outdoor concerts. Rick loved to party with family and friends around bonfires and Budweiser! His children were his pride and joy.
Rick did paving nearly all his life. He worked for Val's Paving for 15 years, and Diamond Paving for the past years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Frederick and Mary Staiano and his grandmother, Marion Dennis. Rick is survived by his loving fiancé, Nicole Crisp; his children, Matt Staiano, Brandon Staiano and Leah Staiano all of Liverpool; his sisters, Marsha Burke of Syracuse, Elizabeth Staiano of North Syracuse, Brenda (Ralph) Marzano of Florida, and Nancy Staiano of Liverpool, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 6:30 pm in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. A Graveside service will take place on Wednesday at 11:00 in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:30 pm.
