George N. Pavuk's Obituary
George N. Pavuk, 89, of Liverpool, passed away on Saturday morning, November 17, 2012 with his family by his side. George was born in Hazleton, PA on July 2, 1923 and graduated from Hazleton High School and Penn State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He had a very successful 32 year career at General Electric in the Audio Electronics Department. He was a Veteran of World War II, having proudly served in the U.S. Army. George was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and was a former member of the Salina Town Hall Senior Citizens. George was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy; his brother, John Pavuk and sister, Irene Rehak. George is survived by his loving daughter, June and son-in-law, John Gleich; his sister, Marge Mocarski of Levittown, PA and several nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church at noon on Tuesday. Entombment will follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery Mausoleum, Baldwinsville. There will be no calling hours.
