Giovanna "Jane" (DeVita) Saya, 88, of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday at the Francis House. She was a lifelong resident of Syracuse. Jane was predeceased by her husband, Frank S. Saya in 1996. She is survived by her son, Frank Read Obituary
