Gloria M. Tartaglia, 83, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday at home. She was born in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Anthony D. and Mary J. (Frank) Tartaglia. Gloria retired in 1994 as a Director of Guidance from Mexico Academy a
