Harriet C. Wright's Obituary
Harriet "Chris" Wright, 90, passed away on Thursday at Crouse Hospital. She had been a resident at The Hearth at Greenpoint in Liverpool for several years after moving back north from Ocala, Florida. She studied piano music at Capital University in Ohio and enjoyed all kinds of music, especially jazz. In her later years, she was an avid choral singer and organ player. She loved reading, solving crossword puzzles and sewing many of her own clothing.
Harriet was predeceased by her husband, Bob (Robert) and her eldest son, Timothy. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Cooper of Baldwinsville, her son, Bruce Wright of Newmarket, NH, her daughter-in-law, Lauren Wright of Flemington, NJ, 3 grandsons, Judson Cooper (Krista), Nicholas Wright, & Jeremy Wright, as well as 2 granddaughters, Heather Cooper and Courtney Cooper.
A private family memorial service will be held on Sunday at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME in North Syracuse, followed by a celebration of her life at her favorite restaurant, The Retreat, in Liverpool.
