Heidi A. (Milotte) Doran's Obituary
Heidi A. (Milotte) Doran, 61, of Central Square, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 12, 2025, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Syracuse to the late Richard and Gail (Bolton) Milotte.
Heidi has been a staple in the Syracuse area for decades. She was born and raised in Liverpool, and she graduated from Liverpool High School in 1981. After high school, she started a family and continued to live in the area. She served as a bartender at McShane’s in East Syracuse for almost 30 years and later at Jake’s Grub and Grog in Brewerton for many years. She spent countless hours listening and giving honest advice, and she arranged many benefits over the years supporting many different causes and people. Heidi’s door was always open to strangers, who did not stay strangers for long. Her greatest gifts in life were helping people and her ability to make a stiff drink, and her greatest love was her son (and her favorite dogs, Diva and Artie).
Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her loving grandmother, Neva Lowery.
Heidi is survived by her son, Brandon (Boring) Milotte and his girlfriend, Amanda Graf; her brother, Kyle (Kara) Milotte; her 3 sisters, Holly Milotte, Kerry Cooper and Tracey Milotte; 5 nieces and nephews, Alexia (Steven) Patricia, Zachary Durant ,Arie Cooper, Matthew Milotte, Quinn Milotte and her great-niece, Jade Patricia and her close friend, Tony Kumar, whom she considered as another son.
Friends and family may call on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. A funeral service in celebration of Heidi’s life will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Road, (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY 13212.
