Henry Walters' Obituary
Henry Walters, 91, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
He was born in Brooklyn NY on August 9, 1931, where he spent the majority of his early life before joining the United States Air Force and serving in the Korean war.
Upon his honorable discharge, Henry moved to Syracuse, NY where he met and Married Lorraine Marrapese in 1964. He retired from Carrier after 37 years.
He is predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Lorraine (Marrapese) Walters in 2021.
Henry is survived by three daughters, Mellisa Rebensky, Maria Featherstone, and Gina Carfi (Joseph); six grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
He enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life, such as boxing, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and taking them on many adventures.
Henry had an unforgettable personality, whose absence won't go unnoticed, He left us with many colorful memories.
A graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 11:30am. Funeral arrangements entrusted to THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME.
