Howard Lavine's Obituary
Howard Lavine, 94, of Liverpool, passed away at home on December 7, 2025. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Solomon and Dora (Goldin) Lavine. Howard worked over 40 dedicated years retiring from General Electric. He enjoyed bowling with his brother, Robert.
He is predeceased by his wife, Sharon A. Lavine in 2021, and his brother, Morton Lavine.
Howard is survived by his four children, Stanley (Jackee) Lavine, Shaina (David) King, Johnathan (Renee) Lavine and Jessica Bonham; grandchildren, Machaela, Stanley, Logan, Ryan, Vanessa, Lana, Zachary and Jacob; two brothers, Robert Lavine and Alfred (Marlaine) Lavine, along with many nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Sha’arei Torah Orthodox Congregation section at Oakwood Cemetery, 133 Jamesville Ave., Syracuse, NY 13210.
