J. Michael Miller's Obituary
J. Michael Miller, 69, of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on February 19, 2019. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky, son of the late William and Sally (Crume) Miller.
Mike was a construction manager at O’Brien and Gere, retiring after 17 years of dedicated service. He was an avid sports fan, especially loyal to the Buffalo Bills. During his free time, he often found joy in boating, often being referred to as Captain. Above all, Mike enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his beloved grandchildren.
Mike is predeceased by his beloved dogs, Cleo and Maggie
Mike is survived by his beloved wife of 10 years, Becky Miller; one son, Stephen Miller; one daughter, Stephanie Kowlessar; two step daughters, Jennifer Deitz and Megan Morehouse; one step son, Corey Purk and grandchildren, Trevor, Charlie and Zaldana.
Family and friends may call from 4 pm – 6 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY, followed by a celebration of Michael’s life at 6:00 pm at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME.
