Jaclynn "Margie" (Hansen) Russo Tucci's Obituary
Jaclynn “Margie” (Hansen) Russo Tucci, age 51, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 30, 2017. Jackie brightened the room with her infectious smile and was a friend to all who knew her.
Jackie was born in Syracuse and was a graduate of the first-class of Cicero-North Syracuse High School. She attended Syracuse University and enjoyed a long career in the insurance industry, most recently Great American Insurance.
Jackie’s son Johnny was the light of her life. Four years ago, she met George Tucci, Jr., with whom she wed on June 4, 2017, at a beautiful gathering of family and friends.
Jackie is predeceased by her mother, Shirley (Carroll) Hansen.
Jackie is survived by her husband, George J. Tucci, Jr., her father, Frank J. Hansen; her son, John Russo; six siblings, Judith Wheeler-Kinch (Kevin), Jodi Samoraj, John Hansen, Janet Burns (William), William Hansen (Sheri) , and Warren Bristol (Angela); several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Friday, September 8, 2017 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
