My condolences to Pastor Farleys family. Pastor Farley married my son and daughter in-law back in 1999 in Rochester N.Y. He spent the weekend. I will always be grateful for his time and guidance at church and for that weekend. They are still married and have 3 wonderful daughters and they are both pastors. RIP Pastor

Reverend James R. Farley was my wife’s Linda’s first pastor after her conversion. I met him in the early eighties. I remember that he was very patient with me - a new convert. I had received the Holy Ghost with Brother Stoneking and baptized by Brother Spite in Rochester, NY. When we returned to Syracuse to complete training, I also began to attend service at Calvary and had a scraggly beard. He did not insist that I shave. Brother Farley was very patient. He allowed me to grow by the sincere milk of the Word. Brother Farley gave me the Enquirer’s Handbook to begin studying The Word of God in depth and detail. Later in Bellflower, California, I was asked/voluntold to teach the New Convert’s Class. It was the Enquirer’s Handbook that I used to teach the class. The binding is gone and I punched holes to place it in a binder but it is still a reference for me. Brother Curry from MDDC District told me “Always leave room for the Holy Ghost”. Brother Farley always left room for the Holy Ghost. Thank You Brother Farley and Thank You Family. Love, Julius and Linda Zant.

It was a great pleasure knowing Pastor Farley and family. He was my first Pastor. My children invited me to Church with them on Mother's Day. Pastor Farley was a true man of God. He will always be in my heart. My prayers are with you in this time of sorrow. Love you all
I was grateful that He was obedient to God's calling and built in us a foundation that cannot be shaken. I loved sitting on the porch with Roger and Milly, sharing our hearts with each other, and continued to spend that time with him even after Milly was gone. He was like the father that I never had and will always have a special place in my heart.

The Great Encourager , Pastor James Roger Farley, passed away 08/16/2023. Brother Farley was a great encourager of mine in good times and times of great challenges in my life . I was honored recently when he read my book, “Don’t Question the Journey” by Gordon Campbell . Here are his comments about the book on June 10th 2023 ***** “ Gordon. You are a gifted writer. Don’t stop with one book. For years I have felt that most church groups (including our own) left no room for restoration. Your story proves that wrong. Keep writing, Roger Farley.” *** - My love and prayers are solidly with his Family in the Syracuse New York area . His legacy will continue .. ❤️❤️
