James "Jim" Spencer 's Obituary
James “Jim” Spencer, 52, of Clay, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, March 3, 2019. Jim was President of Kinney Drug stores and a board member of the Kinney Drugs Foundation. He enjoyed golf, boating, family vacations and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
He was predeceased by parents, Charles Spencer and Karol Plank and step-father, Larry Plank.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Lisa Spencer; two daughters, Samantha and Jessica Spencer; siblings, Mark (Heidi) Spencer, Jayne (John) Knee, Jill (Bob) Anderson-McElhenney, Glen (Beth) Spencer, Karol Ann (Brian) DiCola and Larry (Sun) Plank, along with many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm on Friday, March 8, 2019, immediately followed by a funeral service in celebration of Jim’s life at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
