Jane Odinek's Obituary
E. Jane (Rabbitt) Odinek, 87, passed away peacefully Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born in Trivilah, MD. Jane and her husband Tom were married for 43 years, they are members of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and the Mattydale Seniors. Jane was also a member of the Women of the Moose and the Columbiettes. At one time Jane and Tom were members of The Wagon Wheels Seniors, The Lace Dance Club and The Cotillion Dance Group. Jane worked for the Veteran's Administration in Washington, D.C. and Syracuse, NY for 36 years, she was also a Pharmacy Technician for 13 years.
Jane is survived by her husband, Thomas Odinek; her son, Jerry Ridgely, grandchildren, Robert, Brian, Karen and Joseph, 8 great-grandchildren and 2 brothers, Joseph and Hugh Rabbitt.
Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:30 pm with a funeral service immediately following with Rev. Daniel O'Hara at 6:30 pm. Burial will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Maryland at a later date.
