Janet C. Clark's Obituary
Janet C. Clark, 90, passed away on December 29, 2019, surrounded by loving family. Janet was born in Sherburne, NY, daughter of the late Clayton and Bernice Wilkinson Collins. She was a 1947 graduate of Earlville Central School. Janet was employed by the Earlville Central School, American Management Association (AMA), and Technical Appliance Corporation (TACO)/General Instrument Corporation, retiring from that company as Director of Operations. Following her retirement from General Instrument Corporation (TACO), she worked for Old Tucson Movie Studio in Tucson, Arizona. Janet enjoyed gardening, country music concerts, antiquing, golf, bocce, and poker, and she was an avid SU sports fan.
Janet was predeceased by her husband, Charles Alexander Clark, Jr., and her twin sister, Jane C. Emhof. She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer A. Clark (Robert J. Rozzano), Jeanne (Glenn) Parker, Julie (Todd) Andrews, and her “adopted daughter”, Teresa (Paul) Yacono Jones; her cats, Ovid and Diser, and many lifelong friends and family.
Family and friends may call on Friday, January 3, 2020 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. A service will immediately follow at the funeral home. Interment will be held in the spring in the Earlville Cemetery.
