Janet M. (Harris) Faes' Obituary
Janet M. (Harris) Faes, 83, of Cicero, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 27, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland to the late Albert and Olive (Turner) Harris and took great pride in caring for her family most of her life. Janet enjoyed crafting and cooking and loved taking trips to the casino.
She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Faes and several of her siblings.
Janet is survived by her two sons, Richard (Terri) and Daniel Faes; her three daughters, Debra (Tim) Dudden, Donna (Ritchie) Faes-Peryea, and Doreen Faes; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will take place from 4 – 6 pm on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 followed by a funeral service in celebration of Janet’s life at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Janet’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
