Janette Vavonese-Dreyfus' Obituary
Janette Vavonese-Dreyfus 70, of Seymour, Indiana passed away peacefully with her daughter and friends by her side. Born in Syracuse to the late Anthony and Jenny (Santaro) Vavonese on November 20, 1954, she graduated from Henninger High School class of 1972. Janette was employed at the former Kress Drugs as a Pharmacy Technician until moving to Indiana with her husband and daughter in 1992.
She is predeceased by her husband, Bryan Dreyfus of Indiana, a brother. Anthony Vavonese, two sisters, Nancy DeFrank and Carmella Cooper.
Surviving are her daughter, Jenny Jean Gagnon of Indiana; brothers, James Vavonese of Lakeport and Mark Vavonese of Syracuse, several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Christian Memorial Mass which will be held on Tuesday evening February 11th, 2025 at 6.00 pm at Our Lady of Pompei/St Peter Church, 301 Ash St., Syracuse, NY.
