Jeannie M. (Hawley) Norwich's Obituary
On Sunday, January 14, 2018, Reverend Jeannie Norwich, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister, went home to be with the Lord after serving Him on earth for 60 years. She was born in Arlington, Virginia, daughter of the late Samuel L. and Ada Eva (Humphreys) Hawley. She was also predeceased by her sister, Pauline Krop.
Jeannie will be forever remembered by her best friend and loving husband of 40 years, William Norwich, and their precious children, Jennifer (Adam) Clark, Jacqueline Norwich, and Amanda (Andrew) Kohlsdorf; her granddaughter, Abigail Marie Clark; four brothers, Samuel Hawley, Jr., John (Ingrid) Hawley, Richard Hawley, and Edward H. (Sandy) Hawley; three sisters, Betty Ann (Chap) Baker, Janice Faye (Edward) Yake, and Phyllis (Bud) Crager; many nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life (ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND) at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME (ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND). She will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
