Jennie Sabatino Criazzo's Obituary
Jennie Sabatino Criazzo, 95, of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Fayetteville, NY, passed away on January 1, 2011. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 19, 1915. Her family moved to Syracuse where they operated a grocery store on the north side. She was predeceased by her husband, Cosmo Criazzo; her brothers, Michele and Ralph Sabatino of Syracuse and a sister Gloria D'Auria of NYC.
Jennie was the owner of the Hotel Syracuse's Bridal Embassy for more than 20 years. Her clientele came from the Central New York area and into Canada. Jennie, with her talent and creativity, made every bride feel special. She was loved, respected and admired by both family and friends. Jennie was a religious person and very active in her church community. She will be deeply missed.
Jennie is survived by a daughter, Angela C. Weinroth; two grandsons, Charles W. and David J. Weinroth, all of Boca Raton, Florida; two sisters, Anna S. Vivenzio and Ida (Eedee) Gaudenzi McMurray of Boynton Beach, Florida and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Boca Raton, FL. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum at a later date.
