Jenny (Mastriano) Leone's Obituary
Jenny (Mastriano) Leone, 96, passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital on July 26, 2020. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Patsy and Mary (DeJohn) Mastriano. Jenny worked as a Bookkeeper for Leone Plumbing. Jenny enjoyed her rose gardens, fishing, dancing, but most of all, playing cards with her sisters and brothers.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Patrick A. Leone, Sr. in 1994 and her son, Ronald P. Leone in 2005; sisters, Dora Morelli, Florence Sacco, Lena Mastriano, Marion Riccardi, Flora Cavallo, and Julia Bellucci; brothers, Joe and Pat Mastriano.
Jenny is survived by three sons, Edward (Nickie) Leone of Jamesville, Patrick A. (Suzanne) Leone, Jr. of Cicero, and Richard (Patricia) Leone of Jamesville; a daughter, Camille Peterson of Fabius; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020 from 9 am – 11 am at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY, followed by a funeral mass in celebration of Jenny’s life at 12 pm at Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church, 301 Ash St., Syracuse, NY with burial in Assumption Cemetery.
