Joan P. (Stacy) Felasco's Obituary
Joan P. (Stacy) Felasco, 93, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully at her home on February 14, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Oswego, NY, daughter of the late E. Frederick and Thelma (Baker) Stacy. Joan graduated from Oswego High School and lovingly raised her 4 beautiful children.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Felasco in 2010, and siblings, Edward, Thomas, Bernadette, James and Mary.
Joan is survived by her children, Mary A. Felasco (Tony Stewart), R. Timothy (Pamela) Felasco, Michele B. Cano (Juan) and Thomas E. Felasco; six grandchildren, Meghan Stewart, Lauren Felasco, Marissa (Lawrence) Van Der Bogart, Isabella Cano, Gabriella Cano and Kevin Felasco, along with several nieces and nephews.
