From the very first time Aunt Kimmy started waching me, Jo-Ann and Joe took me into there family like I was one of there own grandchildren. I am so happy I got to become apart of such a loving and caring family. My thoughts go out to the Sgroi family today as we lay grandma to rest. She will be looking down on us and watching over all of us. When we look into the sky we will be able to see grandmas beautiful smile shinning down on us. I will always treasure the memories that I have have of Jo-Ann and the Sgroi family. The friendship between our families has created indelible memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life....The card games they played together, Jo-Ann teaching my mom how to make spaghetti for Sunday dinner, me weeding her fathers garden in Lakeport, babysiting Joey and Johnny, tropical fish, a stamp collection that I still to this day have and look at and smile, ... countless phone calls from us kids when mom was next door.... I still remember that number...633-2790... Jo-Ann was a true friend to my mother as Joe was to my father, they were part of my family... Thank you Jo-Ann and Joe for some of the best memories of my life and being there for my parents, God bless you and your family.

Jo-Ann was like a grandma to me. She is the nicest,sweetest,loving person every one knows but she's the person that everyone loves and she means everything to her family and friends. Jo-Ann you Will be missed just not forgotten and you Will be mine and everyone's heart. R.I.P
