Johanna (Gringhuber) Molinaro's Obituary
Johanna (Gringhuber) Molinaro, 93, of N. Syracuse, passed away peacefully at home on April 11, 2025. She was born in Munich, Germany and was a survivor of WWII. Johanna enjoyed knitting, baking, and gardening. She looked forward to lunch dates with her girlfriends. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Joseph P. Molinaro in 2024; and her son, Philip Joseph Molinaro.
Johanna is survived by her two daughters, Felice R. (Edward) DiDomenico and Christina Julie (Gregory) Yensan; three grandchildren, Alexandria Molinaro, Gregory Yensan and Taylor Yensan (Rielly Fischer); and her daughter-in-law, Dianne Molinaro.
A Funeral Mass in celebration of Johanna’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 25, 2025 in St. Rose of Lima Church, 409 S. Main St., N. Syracuse, NY. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery in Carbondale, PA.
