John P. Albanese's Obituary
John P. Albanese, 77, of Liverpool, passed away at home Friday, October 23, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Newark, NJ, son of the late Peligrino and Catherine Albanese.
John enjoyed golfing and loved music, performing in his own singing group, “The Sierra’s”. He was employed as a Regional Sales Manager at Mars Electronics; after retirement, he went on to work at Drivers Village Nissan.
Above all, family was most important to John, especially his beloved grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his sister, Linda Suto. John is survived by his wife of 56 years, Janet (Terzuole) Albanese; son, John Albanese, Jr.; daughters, Jeanna Grasso and Jennifer Iannuzzo; he was a loving grandfather to his 6 grandchildren, Joseph Albanese, Angelina (Brandon) Kapsinski, Julianna and David Grasso, Vincenzo and Dante Iannuzzo.
A private funeral service in celebration of John’s life will be held at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME.
