John Ross Allison's Obituary
John Ross Allison, 31, of Cicero, passed away Sunday at Upstate University Hospital. He was born in Syracuse and was a 1999 graduate of East Syracuse Minoa High School. John was employed as an accounts manager with CNY Sealing Company. He was a hard worker and a good friend with a big heart. John loved his family very much. He is survived by his mother, Grace Calarco of Cicero; his father, George Allison of North Syracuse; fiancée, Katie McMurray of Cicero; his stepson, Landon; paternal grandmother, Wilda Weaver of Indiana; his sister, Michelle (Mark) Kingsley of Cicero along with two nieces and a nephew, Isabella, Brianna and Nicholas Kingsley. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 8:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 9:00 am in St. Matthew's Church, East Syracuse. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum, Dewitt. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Contributions may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 5818 East Molloy Road, Syracuse, NY 13211.
