John F. Archacki's Obituary
John F. Archacki, 73, of Syracuse, passed away January 20, 2021 at Sunnyside Care Center. He was born in Queens, NY, and was a proud U.S. Army veteran. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at University of Buffalo and MBA at Syracuse University. John was a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana and New York.
He was predeceased by his wife, Anne Archacki in 2013; his mother, Gladys (Szkwarck) Archacki in 2016; his stepfather, Ted Archacki in 1974, and his aunt, Stephanie Linarello in 2020.
John is survived by four children, Susan Archacki, Melanie Salguero (Andrew), John T. Archacki, and James M. Archacki; two granddaughters, and his aunt, Catherine St. Laurent.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 25, 2021 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm, immediately followed by a funeral service in celebration of John’s life at 6 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or to the Francis House.
