John M. Dawdy's Obituary
John M. Dawdy, 79 of North Syracuse, passed away Friday, January 28, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Syracuse and a graduate of North Syracuse High School.
John was predeceased by his parents, Marion M., and Marion A. (Nenninger) Dawdy.
John is survived by his sisters, Cheryl (John) Hall and Deborah Caterham (David Zogg), and his many nieces and nephews, Melissa Sanderson (Gary Barnes), Heather (Christopher) Payment, Kristen (Wayne) Green, John (Heather) Hall, Erin (Ira) Gray, and Matthew Caterham as well as his great nieces and nephews. He was a loving brother and uncle who will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
A calling hour will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022, from 5:00 – 6:00 PM at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME 3401 Vickery Rd. N. Syracuse, NY 13212 immediately followed by a funeral service in celebration of John’s life at 6:00 PM.
