John was a caring loving person, we had many great times in Syracuse at Galuppi's, many laughs. He was a true gentleman. . My husband Chubby used to tell us that his father would always tell John when he went to Leymone "don't be late someday you will a lawyer" and what a fine lawyer he became. My thoughts and prayers are with you all
John will be missed. Remember to cherish all of the memories you have and also remember he will always be with you He now rests in a higher court with the Lord.

It was 13 years ago this month that I walked into the offices of John Rinaldi, Esq.,I had just re-made my life again after graduating from the SU Paralegal program, I was actually hired by another attorney that had no office space so he put me in with Mary and John. I was clueless had the book smarts but not the real life how to John and Mary taught me the ropes. Thank you both. I would also like to thank them both for helping me through my fathers illness and death John prayed for my father every night.

John Rinaldi was a true gentleman and a fine lawyer. If our private practices brought us together, either as adversarys or on the same side, John was a joy to be with. His stories and pixyish smile made you love him.
I recall on more than one occasion, the Town of DeWitt Court would be adjourned for the night, the court locked up and everybody was getting ready to leave when there came a knock on the outside door.. Behind that knock was John Rinaldi, Esq.
We always re-opened the door for John and the clerks and I would be ready to laugh as John always started out, "I'm a little late Judge and the reason is-----------------"
Make no mistake though, John Rinaldi always represented his client in the highest tradition of the Bar.

My condolences to Angelo and the family. John will be sorely missed.

John Rinaldi was one of the warmest and wittiest people I've ever met and it was a great great pleasure to have a case with him. John was one of those truly rare people who you always looked forward to seeing again. I will always love him and I cherish all the times I had with him.
