Joseph L. Condolora's Obituary
Joseph L. Condolora, 87, of Cicero, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 13, 2023 at his home surrounded by loving family. Joseph was born in Syracuse to the late Louis and Mary (Arena) Condolora and was a graduate of North High School and later from Syracuse University. Dedicated to his work, Joseph spent nearly 40 years with Elderlee, Inc. in Oaks Corners, NY and retired as V.P. of manufacturing. Joseph was an avid SU sports and NY Yankees fan and enjoyed golfing, traveling, and tending to his garden. More than anything, Joseph loved to spend time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his loving wife of 33 years, Madelyn (Grenga) Condolora, who passed away on May 20, 2022.
Joseph is survived by his sister, Rosemary Greco; his brother, Louis (Sharon) Condolora; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to all for their compassionate care, love, and devotion given to Joe throughout his illness. You were all special angels to us.
A calling hour will take place from 9:45 – 10:45 am on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Our Lady of Pompei/ St. Peter Church, 301 Ash St. Syracuse, followed by a funeral mass at 11 am in the church. He will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery.
