My deepest condolences to Joe's family and Friends. I remember Joe well he is the reason I do the work I do today. He taught me how to evaluate homes when my own Realtor just gave me basics. He also pushed me to get my assistant appraiser license (which I have since given back to the state), he said women have as much right to appraise a home as any man out there. I also took several real estate courses that Joe taught back in the 80s. Joe was a great teacher and a friend. He will be Missed. May God comfort and give strength to his family aa they go through this tough time.

So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I took many classes taught by him at the Professional Learning Center in Syracuse. On June 14, 2002 I was taking a 2 or 3 day class with Joe and the night before the final day (test day) my youngest daughter was in car accident. She was injured rather severely and I couldn't make the test. The owner, at that time, said well if he's not here to take the test. Joe said obviously, there were extenuating circumstances. He made arrangements to meet me at Friendly's on West Genesee Street in Camillus. I bought him lunch and he proctored the test there. I will always remember the kindness and compassion that he demonstrated towards me, I think it says a lot about the kind of person he was.
