Joseph J. Fichera's Obituary
Joseph J. Fichera, 54, of Liverpool, formerly of Baldwinsville, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Crouse Hospital. Born in Syracuse, Joseph was employed by many area restaurants, including managing Carnegie Catering. Most recently, he was employed at the Village Tavern in Hannibal. Joe was a hard worker, he was an avid Boston Red Sox and Miami Dolphins fan, and he loved his dogs.
Joseph was predeceased by his father, Salvatore “Sam” Fichera; his maternal and paternal grandparents; and his nephew, Mitchell McClaskey.
Joseph is survived by his mother, Judy Fichera; his sister, Marylee (Jeff) McClaskey; 2 brothers, Anthony (Yarusia), and Marc Fichera; his uncle, Marty (Lynnette) Fichera; his aunt, Cynthia Corona; along with 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME.
