Joseph Peter Giamartino, Sr.'s Obituary
Joseph Peter Giamartino, Sr., 57, of Liverpool, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 28 years, Laurie “Mary” (Littlefield) Giamartino; his beloved children, Jennifer (Stephen) Lehmann, Joseph P. Giamartino, Jr., Anna (Michael) Giamartino and Gabrielle Giamartino. Joe’s life was his family and his world was complete when he was with his cherished grandchildren, Jackson and Bennett Lehmann, and Ava Anderson.
His family will remember his sense of humor and mischievous side, but also how happy he was on the beach with his wife and family digging a hole to China. He will be deeply missed by all who knew his smile.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Vietnam Veteran Memorial Fund in the amount of his daily lottery number, $2.24.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 12 to 3 p.m. at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Road (corner of Buckley Road) North Syracuse, NY 13212. Funeral Service will be PRIVATE.
