Joe Jackson was a special and generous friend to my parents Vera and Charles Heppeler. He gave everything he had ( energy, talent, enthusiasm) whether he was Athletic Director, bowler, golfer,and Yankee fan. I enjoyed his company and arguing with him about that team (I and my father - Mets fans). It was all in good fun. Joe and his and bowling and golf buddies (Heppeler, Lietz, Leskoske, Block) are enjoying each other in the great beyond. I have great memories of Joe and Marilyn Jackson who were a special couple to the entire Heppeler family. May the road rise up to meet you , Joe and the wind be always at your back.

So very sorry for your loss Mary Beth. Very hard to lose two parents in such a short time. I'm afraid we're not going to be able to attend the service as we are in Florida. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers

I am so sorry to read about your Dad "JJJ" as I called him. Whenever he saw us he would flash that smile and say How are you doing young man. Many a time out and with the Nuzzo's at a function we would also meet up with Dad & Mom and have a good talk with them. Rest In Peace "JJJ" and may God Bless You & Marilyn and all the Family Too.
