Joey had a deep passion for bowling. He grew up in the bowling lanes and threw a heck of a curveball just like his father. He had so much love for the bowling community and all of the people he met there along the way. Joey pursued his love for cooking and became an excellent chef and worked in many prominent fine dining restaurants and Hotels in Syracuse, NY. He recently started his own catering business featuring his famous award-winning riggies “#trytheriggies”. He truly enjoyed bringing people together and cooking for the people he loved. He was an avid New York Jets and New York Yankee fan and loved going to games as much as possible. His dog Zoey was his little princess, and he adored her beyond words. Joey will be remembered for his big goofy personality, loudmouth, loving nature and most of all his huge heart.
Along with his parents, Joey was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Nicholas Sr. “Gramps” and Rose Manginelli; his maternal grandparents, Danny and Pauline Tangredi, and his cousin Victoria Deverso.
