Joe was one of the funniest, sweetest guys I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Many laughs were shared at the Change if Pace over the years. Broken down Tom Selleck as we lovingly joked....he will be missed. Prayers and blessings to all of his loved ones

To Joe's family and especially John: I was very saddened to hear of Joe's passing. I will never forget his kindness to me when I was a single homeowner and in need of some major and expensive repairs on my home with a low income. He helped me go through a program that allowed me to get the much needed work done on my home and I do not know what I would have done without him! He was a very kind man. I'm very sorry for your loss.
