Joyce (Gifford) Patton's Obituary
Joyce (Gifford) Patton, 92, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 8, 2020. She was born in Brockport, NY, later relocating to Syracuse, where she spent the past 28 years living closer to her family. Joyce worked for several dedicated years for the Brockport School District as a cook manager. In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting and worked for Patchwork Plus Quilt Shop in Marcellus. Above all, Joyce enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her beloved grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her husband, Ronald C. Patton in 2019; a son-in-law, William Neuman, Jr.; two granddaughters, Erin and Ashley Neuman; two brothers and four sisters.
Joyce is survived by her children, Leslie (David) Neira, Alison Neuman (Larry Phillips) and Roger Patton; two grandchildren, Matthew and Justin Neuman; four great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services entrusted to the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. Joyce will be laid to rest beside her husband, Ronald at Garland Cemetery in Clarkson, NY.
