Judith K. (Fick) Amann's Obituary
Judith “Judy” Amann, 84, of Liverpool, NY, passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord on June 29, 2026.
Judy was born on August 2, 1941, in Liverpool, NY, to Nicholas and Ann Fick. She was the youngest of four children and grew up surrounded by a loving family.
Judy attended Assumption Catholic Academy and graduated in 1959. She met the love of her life, Richard Amann, while working at Dey Brothers. Judy and Richard married and made their home in Liverpool, where they raised their two daughters, Kimberly and Tracey. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 64 years and her family.
Judy and Richard shared a rich and joyful life together, surrounded by a close-knit circle of friends formed through the Jaycees. Together, they created countless cherished memories attending Syracuse University basketball and football games, playing cards, and enjoying evenings out. She also enjoyed her occasional lunches with Assumption classmates.
Judy worked for many years at E-Z Distributors, a Tupperware distributorship, and later served as executive secretary for her husband’s business, R.T.A. Sales. She also generously gave her time through both employment and volunteer service with the Salvation Army.
A woman of deep faith, Judy was a longtime parishioner of Christ the King Church in Liverpool, where she found great joy singing in the choir.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Nicholas Fick (Annette) and Lawrence Fick (Gilda), and her grandson, Ryan Patrick Clark, whom she held dearly in her heart.
Judy is survived by her devoted husband, Richard; her loving daughters, Kimberly (Pat) Bamerick and Tracey (Patrick) Clark and her cherished grandchildren, Alex Clemons, Kayla Clemons-Simouang, Kristin (Nick) Henrichs, and Matthew Clark. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Myles and Maverick. She is also survived by her sister, Lorraine (Richard) Satanek, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
Judy will be remembered for her warmth, her faith, her love of family and friends, and the joy she brought to all who knew her.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in celebration of Judy’s life at 11:30 a.m. at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church, 21 Cherry Tree Circle, Liverpool, NY 13090.
